CFI's main focus is the development of the child, as the Child stays in his family and community, which has a certain impact on child development, we focus more on the child's family environment, and we see that child has a conducive atmosphere to stay and grow in his house, he enjoys all his child rights. To enable this CFI helps families with income generation activities, enhances them with special skills, provides the seed money for starting a business, educates them in basic rights, and even conducts adolescent education in tribal areas. We adopt the best policy in this regard, we mainly have a participatory approach in conducting such activities.

Income generation

Inspired by the idea that it is better to help people help themselves, CFI has tried to help sponsored as well as some non-sponsored families generate their income by giving them seed money to start a small business. At times they had been helped to get some training to enhance their capacities. The families are supported for garland making, goat rearing, tiffin service providing, clothes selling, home base poultry farming, electrification work, purchasing water pumps, purchasing seeds and fertilizers, establishing a welding shop, purchasing a handcart, and so on.
